Do you require event insurance?Yes Wisteria Woods requires a minimum of $1 million general liability insurance

What is the cancellation policy?There is a partial refund if cancelled more than 60 days out. The venue recommends wedding insurance to provide an extra layer of protection against unforeseen cancellations

What is the deposit amount and payment schedule?$500 refundable security deposit at the time of booking. 25% within 60 days of booking, 25% 4 months after booking date, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before the event.

How far in advance do we need to book the venue?We can accommodate up to 10 days out as long as the date is available.

How will I know if my preferred date available?The calendar is typically accurate but if you see a date booked that you really want please send us a message and we can let you know if cancellations occur or double check the availability.

Can the venue accommodate both indoor and outdoor ceremonies?Everything is outdoor but covered areas are available to assist with weather conditions

Are there different spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?Yes...Wisteria Woods team will make recommendation, however the grounds are open for the bride and groom to decide the setup.

What is the maximum capacity for the venue?Up to 125 people. Parking spaces are available for up to 70 vehicles

What is included in the rental fee (e.g., tables, chairs, linens)?The basics include: *Venue grounds *Historic Bell/Parker Homestead to get ready the day of the Wedding *Outdoor chapel *Tables *Chairs *Cocktail tables *Open hayfield *60x40 tent *and more. Inquire for more specifics.

What is the total cost of renting the venue?Price is dependent on the date, the number of guests, and package. Starting price is $1,500 but please inquire for additional details.

Are there any additional charges or hidden fees?No all pricing quoted is inclusive of all fees and charges from the venue

Are there menu options for different dietary requirements?The venue does not provide food but can recommend many great local vendors

Is there a corkage fee if we bring our own alcohol?There is no additional fees from the venue. The venue does not provide alcohol but can recommend licensed and insured vendors.

Do you have an in-house catering service, or can we bring in our own caterer?We have recommended vendors but not required

Are there noise restrictions or a cut-off time for music?Yes, 10:00 pm

Are there any decoration restrictions or guidelines?Yes, the main factor is not damaging the property

What time can we start setting up, and when do we need to be finished?Depending on the size of the event and if there is an event the night before. Typically the venue rental if being rented for the day is 10am – 10pm with some extra time at the end of the evening for clean up.

Is there an on-site coordinator to assist on the day of the wedding?There is onsite staff but we strongly recommend to have a day of coordinator especially if the event is over 50 guests

Do you have a list of preferred vendors, or can we use our own?Yes we will provide a recommended vendor list but only recommended not required

Can we schedule a walkthrough with our vendors before the event?Yes as long as it is scheduled with the venue

Is there ample parking for guests?Yes, there is parking for up to 70 cars

Are there bridal and groom suites or dressing rooms available?Yes, the venue includes the rental of the Historic Bell/Parker Homestead built in the late 1800s for the bridal party and groomsmen.

How do you handle weather-related cancellations or rescheduling?In Force Majeure situation a refund is provided. The venue recommends wedding insurance to cover losses due to unfavorable weather outsdie its control
